THE 3-DAY RIGHT OF RESCISSION
What This Means:
You have 72 HOURS from your date of purchase to request a full refund—no questions, no hassles, no judgment.
Why 3 days? Because in 72 hours, you can consume enough content to know if this is YOUR path. You can feel if the energy is right. You can assess if YOU are ready to do the WORK.
That's FAIR. That's HONEST. That's the MAVERICK way.
The Clock Starts:
For one-time purchases: The moment your payment is processed
For payment plans: The moment your first payment is processed
For bundle purchases: The moment you complete checkout
For live event tickets: The moment of purchase (UNLESS the event occurs within 3 days—see exceptions below)
The Clock ENDS:
Exactly 72 hours (3 calendar days) from your purchase timestamp
Example: Purchase at 2:47 PM EST on Monday = refund window closes 2:47 PM EST on Thursday
HOW TO REQUEST YOUR REFUND
We make this SIMPLE because your time is VALUABLE:

Order/transaction number

Brief reason (OPTIONAL—we don't interrogate, but feedback helps us improve)
STEP 3: You'll receive confirmation within 24 BUSINESS HOURS
STEP 4: Your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 BUSINESS DAYS
STEP 5: Your access to course materials, community, and bonuses will be revoked upon refund processing
WHAT'S INCLUDED IN YOUR REFUND
100% of your course enrollment fee
Any one-time upsells purchased in the same transaction
Payment plan first payment (remaining scheduled payments are cancelled)
Bundle purchases (refunded as a complete package within 3-day window)
WHAT'S NOT REFUNDABLE (Critical Exceptions)
Listen carefully—this is WHERE THE GUARDRAILS ARE:
Purchases AFTER the 3-day window - Once you're past 72 hours, you've committed to the JOURNEY. No refunds. Period.
Live Event Attendance - If you've ATTENDED any live training, workshop, coaching call, or event (even partially), your refund eligibility is VOIDED. Why? Because you've consumed our most VALUABLE, time-sensitive resource—our LIVE expertise.
Substantial Content Consumption - If you've accessed more than 25% of course modules OR downloaded course materials/templates/assets, your refund is VOIDED. This isn't Netflix—this is YOUR BUSINESS BUILD.
Coaching/Implementation Programs - Once we've delivered a 1-on-1 coaching session or implementation call, that time cannot be refunded. We showed up. You showed up. That's a DONE DEAL.
Physical Products/Shipped Materials - Any physical books, workbooks, or materials that have been shipped cannot be refunded unless returned in unused, resalable condition within the 3-day window (you cover return shipping).
Third-Party Tools/Software - If we've provisioned paid tools, APIs, or software licenses on your behalf (e.g., Midjourney, ChatGPT, specialized plugins), those costs are NON-REFUNDABLE. We can't unring that bell.
Completed Services - Done-for-you services, custom builds, account setups, or anything we've actively DELIVERED cannot be refunded.
Bundle Splitting - You can't refund ONE piece of a bundle after 3 days. It's all or nothing during the window.
Guarantee-Qualifying Refunds - If you qualify for our 365-Day Double-Back Guarantee, that's a BUYBACK, not a refund. Different mechanism. Different terms.
Fraudulent/Abusive Requests - If we detect patterns of serial refunding, course-hopping, or content theft, we reserve the right to decline refunds and ban from future purchases. We protect our community FIERCELY.
PAYMENT PLAN SPECIFICS
If You're on a Payment Plan:
Within 3 days: We refund your first payment and CANCEL remaining installments
After 3 days: All remaining payments are due per your agreement. No partial refunds. You committed to the PLAN.
Missed Payments: If you miss a payment, your access is suspended until you're current. No extensions. No excuses. This is BUSINESS.
STATE-SPECIFIC COMPLIANCE NOTES
For Our California Mavericks:
Under California Civil Code § 1689.5-1689.14, you may have additional cancellation rights for certain types of purchases.
For Our New York Mavericks:
New York General Business Law Article 29-H may provide additional protections.
All Other States:
This policy complies with FTC regulations and general consumer protection laws. If your state has specific requirements, email [email protected] for clarification.
WHAT HAPPENS TO YOUR ACCESS?
Upon Refund Processing:
Immediate termination of login credentials
Removal from private community/groups
Cancellation of future live event access
Revocation of bonus materials/templates
Deactivation of any software/tool provisioning we provided
You DO get to keep:
Any free optin gifts you downloaded BEFORE purchasing
Knowledge/insights you gained (we can't un-teach you!)
DISPUTE RESOLUTION
If you believe your refund was unfairly denied:
STEP 1: Email [email protected] with "Refund Dispute" in subject
STEP 2: We'll review within 5 BUSINESS DAYS and respond with final determination
STEP 3: If still unresolved, you may pursue binding arbitration per our Terms of Service.
STEP 4: You may also contact your credit card company or payment processor, though we encourage direct resolution first
NO REFUNDS ≠ NO SUPPORT
